Shipping Update - We're so close to getting everyone to be the Victim!

Hello Victims,
Firstly, we thank you for your patience. We understand your pain and trust us. We want to provide you with a quick shipping update.
USA /Canada / Australia
The boat with your orders has arrived in the USA, Canada and Australia! We're still expecting about 1 week for customs clearance, and then around 10 days for deliveries to your final destination.
Europe / UK
Orders have been picked and packed and the boat is scheduled to arrive in the UK and Germany on May 26. After that we estimate 1 week for customs clearance, 1 week to the warehouses (EU/UK), then varying transit times for the final delivery. We really appreciate it and we're doing all we can to keep these moving quickly.
ASIA
Everyone should have already received your games, some as far as 4 months back as mentioned. If you enjoy our VICTIM, please let us know through our social media channels!
ROW
There are a few countries that we are having troubles getting mail service to. The games were originally meant to be sent from the fulfillment center that is nearby your country. We're still expecting about 2-4 week for deliveries to your final destination.

It’s taken some time to overcome obstacles and put in place the following arrangements. Getting your orders fulfilled remains our priority. We’re thankful for your patience and support so far. We've received a few updates recently. Here are the latest updates for the two shipments from the two manufacturers:

We need to wait for two shipments to arrive and send them together. While this might come as a disappointment, we have to wait for the confirmation of the exact date and time from the shipping company. We sincerely apologize for not going as planned. The some of games have landed and some problem.

Hello Victims,
Today, the Dice tower boxes have landed in AU and UK locations.
Delay problem for some of the games.
For the Core, Expansion and Playmat are expected to arrive soon (We expected around end of March). We apologize for the delay due to the Chinese New Year, some shipments were missed before the staff took a long vacation and there seems to be a mess at the ports with peak season traffic with COVID staff shortages making the situation even worse than usual.
We sincerely apologize for our mistakes, that we can not do according to the schedule that has been set. We will improve if we have the opportunity to work on our next projects. Hopefully everyone will give us another chance.

Hello Victims,
We appreciate your patience and we'd like to give you another update Asian Backers. Your games should have all been shipped out. We have sent you an email with the tracking number, if you do not receive the email please contact us immediately.
For US/EU/CAN/AUS and ROW Backers:
Your games are on the way to our fulfillment partner and should arrive in February-March. When the shipment arrives, we will send another update. When we receive your tracking numbers, we will upload them to your BackerKit. We apologize for the logistical delay as this should have been completed sooner.

Hello Victims,
We would like to inform our Backers that we have closed the address change. Please check the latest shipping address through your account in Backerkit, if anything goes wrong, please email to [email protected] urgently within the end of January 2021.
The UK / EU tax registration has gone well and now the products are being transported from the factory to the following destination:
Provider: OTX/QML
1. Destination: QML US
2. Destination: GamesQuest DE (EU)
3. Destination: GamesQuest UK
4. Destination: Aetherworks AU
That will take approximately 3 - 5 weeks (Depending on the distance) after the product reaches each destination. We will update you once again about the tracking number that will be delivered to your address.
In Asia, that will be delivered directly by our company at the end of this month.
