Hello Victims,

We wanted to remind you that the Victim: The Cursed Forest & The Asylum Expansion!  Pledge manager via Backerkit will be coming to a close in 3 Days (July 31th). After that, we’ll no longer be accepting new orders, or changes to products on orders.

Everyone can still make updates to your address, so don't worry if you change addresses between now until September of 2020. Please contact us directly by email: [email protected] or Kickstarter messages.

For some backer who have the problems with Refund shipping charges from Paypal.

We sincerely apologize for errors in receiving payments via Paypal. Because we have set up manual payments, therefore, those who have paid for shipping on June 27 have been canceled. If you have received a payment cancellation email from Paypal, please contact us directly by email: [email protected] or Kickstarter messages.

We will make payment via Paypal to you again. We are sorry about this inconvenient.

Update our production

We have fixed the Insert Tray to contain all game equipment and complete the sample of the Expansion miniatures for Mould Production in the next process. (Some miniatures will be changing some scale for realism)

Right now, the Final Prototype of games (Core and Expansion) will be delivered in early August. We will be shooting and updating videos for everyone soon. In the meantime, we can track our movements as closely as possible by Facebook group: Victim Community

Backerkit surveys are out! (June 26th - July 31st)

Hello again Victims!

We are happy to announce that the surveys have been sent and you should receive a link via email. We've teamed up with Backerkit to collect the info we need to fulfill your rewards. The invitation will be sent directly to the email address linked to your Kickstarter account. You may need to check your junk/spam folder to be sure you don't miss it.

Through Backerkit, you have the opportunity to verify your reward. It is a simple step by step process to confirm your pledge, specify choices and add-ons, and confirm your shipping address.

If you want to upgrade a 5$ pledge to get the game, this is the time to do that. You can also upgrade your pledge level or add additional items to your existing pledge.

• Shipping will not be charged at this time and will be added later when we have accurate product weights. You will acknowledge you understand this in the survey.
• You do not need to make a login and password to access your survey as you will receive an email with a unique link. If you want to go back to review your info, click on the link in your email again.
• It is important to submit the completed survey as quickly as possible to get started on production.

Step 1 - Confirm your pledge (or upgrade)

Your pledge will be shown here, select your country for shipping and press the "Get Started!" button. 

You can choose to upgrade to a higher pledge level if you wish. 

Step 2 - Information about your pledge

Your pledge level items are in your cart already. Feel free to add any additional items through the add-ons. and click "Got it!" then click "Next: Add-ons"

Step 3 - Select Add-ons

Select Add-ons that you want and check the balance with shipping cost. Then click "Next"

Step 4 - Put your address

Please enter the current shipping address. You can go back into your survey at any time to update your address. Once we are ready to prepare your order for shipment, we'll lock the order, at which point you will not be able to edit your address. Then click "Next"

Step 5 - Check everything and make payment

The last step and where you will confirm your items, address, and everything else is correct. If you have a balance owed, you will pay that on this page by credit card or Paypal. Then click "Place My Order"

Once you have completed this step, we will communicate in the project updates. If you still have any concerns, please contact us via private message on Kickstarter and we'll do our best to help. 

How long will the pledge manager be open?

While we are working on mass production, we will compile our backers' shipping addresses until July 31, 2020. We will keep everyone updated with these updates and give you as much notice as possible before the surveys are closed.

Updates on the backer survey 

It’s been a great experience for our first project to receive such overwhelming support from you guys. The campaign’s fund clearing has completed, and we have received your money and pledge information.

Backerkit is now reviewing the content of the backer survey. A BackerKit expert will review our setup within the next 2 business days. Once approved and it should be out next week(At the latest). We are very sorry about the delay.

For how long we will keep the survey open, we will announce in later updates.

In the meantime, our neighbor card game project

Tail Story, is about to be launched on Kickstarter on August 4, 2020, so we would like to take this chance to introduce this lovely card game to you guys.

Tail Story is an adorable yet strategic card game. Each player takes on the role of a pet from one of the three types: 🐶 CANINE, 🐱 FELINE, or 🐹RODENTS & FRIENDS to compete with our pets using event cards.

The players take turns and do whatever it takes to transform their pets to gain new abilities and draw cards from their decks as fast as they can to collect achievements to win the game.

Update the Miniatures & the Date to Survey

Hello again Victim!

We hope you are doing well. On our side we're hard at work on all the post-campaign work with Victim. We're pleased to announce that the pledge manager will be launching on 22 June 2020. We apologize for being late than the scheduled date. And on 20 June 2020, we will announce the step to usage on Pledge Manager again.

Now, we have prepared the system for Pledge Manager is finished. As well as for Late Pledge too. We expect to get a review from Backerkit within next week.

Update the Miniatures

We're working on getting all the sculpts done and ready for production. We've recently received the samples of some miniatures to check the sculpts, sizes, and functionality. We're happy to say everything is looking very good! This made from the plastic injection molding process and this is real work you will receive it! It stabilizes the surface like a plastic that is slightly flexible. And quite strong, absolutely not broken when failing from the table.

Change the Marker cube to Coloured!

We have decided to change the Marker Cube material from White Clear Acrylic to the color of all the characters. This increases the amount of material in the Core box 7 colors (6 Victims and 1 Evil) and int the Expansion 6 colors (6 Victims) by 4 pcs per characters. It is specially made according to the character's specific color Pantone. And we hope everyone is happy with this.

Rule Book In Re-Work Process

We're hard at work on re-work Rule Book in every language. We will update after everything is complete. Now, everyone can read the latest Rule Book on our website:

Finally, We're done!

This campaign was like a big fireworks celebration for our team. And we're going to be thanking a lot of people over the next couple of weeks for their contributions to this success. If you have additional questions, get the latest news, talk with other backers... please join our Group!

What Next?

1) We Rest - We will take a short break until this Wednesday.

2) Payment - Kickstarter will bill your pledge amount to the credit card attached to your Kickstarter account. If there is an issue, they should continue to retry for 1-2 weeks. If you have a payment issue within this period, please contact Kickstarter support directly.

3) Pledge Manager - In the mid of June, we will send a survey from Backerkit, in which you will confirm your order. This survey will give you the option to upgrade your pledge, add additional addons, verify your shipping address, and finalize your shipping charges.
